Steps
- Gently wash and dry all berries.
- Make chocolate dipping sauce: Chop some of the chocolate to measure ¾ cup, about 135g. Place in a small microwave safe bowl. Add whipping cream and corn syrup. Microwave on half power for 1 minute. Stir well to combine. Transfer into a small dipping bowl.
- To assemble, arrange berries on the board around the chocolate dip.
- Break remaining chocolate into large pieces. Place on the board along with pretzels and dried fruit. Fill in spaces with nuts, cookies and truffles.
Chef’s Tip: Customize and have fun with your dessert board, choosing any favorite dried fruit and nuts for a personalized touch. This Dessert Board can be made several hours ahead and kept in a cool place. Just reheat chocolate dip and stir well before serving.
