Steps
- Wash all produce before preparing your meal.
- Thinly slice strawberries. Divide Strawberries and raspberries among popsicle molds.
- In a measuring cup, stir pear nectar into cranberry juice. Pour juice over the berries. Leave a gap at the top to allow for expansion when freezing. Place lid and popsicle sticks over molds.
- Set aside in freezer, undisturbed for at about 2 to 3 hours.
Chef’s Tip: Substitute half the juice for red or white wine and turn these into Sangria Pops.
